Tri-Strong Virtual Training

 

Tri- Strong is a periodized program developed weekly to supplement your endurance training and ultimately change your approach to achieving higher levels of performance within triathlon and cycling training. This program includes exercises to develop strength, power, speed and hypertrophy to optimize performance. Prehab, injury reduction, and corrective exercises/ drills are a large emphasis to keep you training and at the highest level.

Training Systems

 

Our training systems are broken down into four tiers with different programming and pricing for each. We encompass our CTG assessment protocols, gait analysis, functional movement screen, strength assessment, metabolic testing, Tri-Strong, & Run-Strong strength programs to create the perfect program to meet your endurance goals.

 

Tier 1: 

  • Assessment: in depth interview to discuss race history, goals, race season, previous experience with strength and endurance training, and injury history. PNOE metabolic testing, CTG runner/ triathlete functional assessment.

  • Endurance Training: Weekly endurance training to create a program specific to your needs based on your initial assessment and goals​. Communication, videos, workouts, warm-ups, educational resources, and data all uploaded through the Final Surge app

  • Specific Strength Training: (2) small group strength classes per week designed specifically for triathletes, cyclists, and runners​ (6:00AM, 7:00AM, 6:00PM)

  • Recovery/ Rehabilitation: Member's rate of $115 per session if physical therapy is needed during your time of membership

 

Tier 2:

  • Assessment: Same as Tier 1

  • Specific Strength Training:  Same as Tier 1

  • Recovery/ Rehabilitation: Same as Tier 1

 

Tier 3: Virtual

  • Assessment: Same as Tier 1

  • Endurance Training: Weekly endurance training developed by our USAT certified coach to create a program specific to your needs based on your initial assessment and goals​. Communication, videos, workouts, warm-ups, educational resources, and data all uploaded through the Final Surge app

  • Sport Specific  Virtual Strength Training: (2) weekly strength sessions per week to supplement your endurance training

  • Recovery/ Rehabilitation: Member's rate of $115 per session if physical therapy is needed during your time of membership

 

Tier 4: Virtual 

  • Assessment: Same as Tier 1

  • Sport Specific  Virtual Strength Training: Same as Tier 3

  • Recovery/ Rehabilitation: Same as Tier 1

Big Announcement! 

 

The first step to meeting your endurance goals this New Year is education. You need to be educated on how past injuries can affect you today. How lacking mobility can cause future injuries. 

 

Dr. Brandon Ostrander and Dr. Ryan Godfrey will be hosting a workshop on Saturday March 5, 2022 from 8am-10am. They will be discussing the importance of strength training, mobility, and various forces that can affect your training. They will also host a self assessment  portion where you will be able to find where your limitations are. This is a great opportunity for education, we hope to see you there!
