Mike ReidY, CSCS, SFG-1
Strength & Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer
I have an extensive background in Personal Training and Strength & Conditioning. It all started when I earned my B.S. in Athletic Training from Dominican College and fell in love with sports performance, health and safety of all individuals. I consider myself a student of Strength & Conditioning. I love the journey of fitness for myself and constantly seek out all types of movements from hiking, running, kettlebells and yoga. I began my journey as a Personal Trainer in 2002. Through the years I have trained virtually every single type of person, from young (6yrs old) to elderly (81yrs old), from disabled to elite athletes. I love working with all types of people who see value in improving their lives. There is equal value in all goals that move in a positive direction. Getting out of a chair easier, going for a personal record lift, shedding unwanted fat for that vacation, running faster, or dancing the night away at their grandchild's wedding. There is value in all of it, and that is why I love what I do, to see the smile on a clients face after achieving their goals. Come start your journey with me.
Cora Foley, CES
COrrective Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer
Cora grew up playing sports year round from a very young age. In high school she badly injured her back playing lacrosse which is where her rehabbing journey began. Despite years of rehab with a number of therapists & modalities, it wasn’t until trying a combination of yoga and strength training that she finally found a long term solution to her back pain. This sparked her excitement to help other people live a pain free & healthy life through exercise. While Cora received her BSBA in Finance & worked in the business world for a few years, she wasn’t having the direct impact on people’s lives she had hoped for. She finally decided it was time to truly help other people and decided to become a Corrective Exercise Specialist & Personal Trainer.
