CANCELLATION/NO Show POLICY:

We understand there are certain circumstances when life gets in the way and it can be difficult to make your appointment. We also believe the investment you are making tells us that you are committed making a change and getting back to what you love to do as soon as possible.  Please provide 24 hour notice for all cancellations.  No shows or failure to notify your therapist of cancellation 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will incur a $50 charge.  

 

New Client CHECK-IN:

All new clients will be emailed a digital intake form prior to their first scheduled visit.  Please take the time to fill out all consent forms and intake history prior to your visit.  This will expedite the interview process, allowing us more time for assessment and treatment.

 

FACILITIES:

All of our office locations are located within CrossFit facilities.  Please be advised that classes may be ongoing during our treatment time.
