I am now actively working with Dr. Grant in the golf performance program. When we started I was having some issues with lower back pain, that limited my ability to play as much golf (without pain) as I wanted to. Grant has treated me, as needed.

 

But more importantly, I have a customized training plan that was developed to meet my specifically stated goals. My program is designed to make me stronger, more mobile and increase my stability. I meet with Grant each week and we work on the program and introduce new exercises.

 

Each week he assesses my my key mobility areas and documents how I'm progressing. This also helps him to see where I need more work or perhaps specific help or maybe treatment.

 

Grant provides me with a daily workout program that supports my goals. I have made significant progress in my golf game as a result of our work together. More importantly, I'm healthier and feeling better than ever. I view this as an investment in my life, health and happiness.

I am consistently impressed with Grant and his team at CTG Golf. I live 2 hours away but I still feel the attention and program I need is going to get me to the next level. I’ve already increased my club head speed by 10 mph in 6 weeks. Grant understands my strengths and weaknesses and puts a customized detailed workout plan together for me to execute. I am so grateful to Grant and Ryan at Change the Game!!!! These guys are incredible!!!! They are so friendly and sharp!! I have had the pleasure to work with them on my fitness to improve my strength, flexibility, stability and mobility to improve my golf game.

I was amazed at how quickly I could see some of the results after just a few stretches and movements! They have been able to pinpoint the areas that were actually causing some of the issues that I was having that were totally separate from where pain or tension was located!

Most recently they have helped to get me back on track to living pain free after a herniated disc in my neck that was leading me to major surgery but with their help and guidance I am closer each day and I am truly grateful for that!! I’m looking forward to seeing what the metabolic testing results will show in helping me to achieve my goals of losing weight and becoming stronger and healthier for my family and quality of life!

One of the other aspects of what they do that I really appreciate is the relational accountability!! Helpful and encouraging texts to check in and continue to guide and aide in the process of whichever track I’m on!! I also appreciate as a visual learner the videos and platforms that they use to help ensure that I am performing the stretches and exercises correctly!!
