Change the Game Performance- Open Gym Outline/ Requirements

- Must be registered for a CTG strength & conditioning program 
           *Virtual Programming (CTG Strong/ Run Strong/Golf Performance)
           *Group Training (CTG Strong/Run Strong/CTG Elite Athlete/Golf Performance/Hockey/Sports Performance)
           *Custom S&C Program

** If you are unsure that you are in one of these groups please call the office to confirm**

-Open Gym times are on a first come first serve basis!!! 
           *Each rack is numbered and correlates with the number slot that you booked (ex. if you book open gym 5, you are assigned to rack 5)

**If you are in need of the PERCH System, make sure you are booking on racks 1-4 (it is also labeled in the system)**
